Ramp
Corporate cards, expense management and bill pay, with coding and policy applied at the moment of spend.
What it does
Ramp issues corporate cards, captures receipts, runs expense approvals and pays supplier bills. Spend is coded as it happens rather than reconstructed at month end.
Why it matters next to an AI-native ERP
Most of the manual work in a close is not accounting. It is chasing people for receipts and for coding. Moving that upstream to the moment of spend removes an entire category of close tasks, which is more effective than automating the same chase after the fact.
How we implement it
We map the chart of accounts and the dimensions you actually report on, set approval thresholds that match your delegation of authority, agree the sync cadence, and decide how unposted spend is accrued at period end. That last point is the one most often left until the first close, where it becomes a problem.
We implement this alongside Campfire, Rillet and DualEntry. If you are working out how it should connect to your ledger, that is the conversation we have every week.
