The finance stack

An AI-native ERP is the financial core: the ledger, the close, consolidation and reporting in real time, with the intelligence built into the foundations rather than bolted on afterwards. Around that core sits a ring of specialist systems, and how well they connect to it decides how much of the platform you actually get to use.

These are the tools we implement alongside Campfire, Rillet and DualEntry. Each one is deep in its own domain, and each one either feeds the core or acts on what the core knows. For every connection the questions are the same: what does this system own, what does the ledger receive from it, and who is accountable for the data in between. Those answers are the implementation. The connector itself is the easy part.

One note on geography. Most of this stack assumes the United States model, where tax is determined and filed after the fact. Across Latin America the invoice is not legally valid until the tax authority has validated it in advance, which moves compliance into the transaction path and changes the architecture around the core. We design for both.
