Schools, hospitals, municipalities, and hotels rely on its services for the supply of electrical and electronic products.
Currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilites:
- Manage customer inquiries regarding electrical and electronic products through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Respond to questions, provide guidance, and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers to obtain information, quotations, and product availability.
- Follow up on customer requests and requirements, ensuring efficient and timely service.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities related to products, processes, and work tools.
- Collaborate on commercial and administrative projects and initiatives as required by operational needs.
Description
- Knowledge of electrical or electronic products.
- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools.
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
- Professionalism, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
- Business-level bilingualism (French and English).
